Finger nail art?

My daughter went to the Womens Expo in Novi Michigan this week-end and one of the exibits used some sort of marker type thing to draw flowers on her finger nail, it was obviusly nail polish. Another booth had like a stamper they use on another one of her nails too. Has anyone heard of this and where can I get them?Finger nail art?
I know!!! You can get it at the HIP mall. theres a stand called Butterfly. It is selling them, they are KONAD stamping nail art.

The one in the picture is the one I got, but there are bigger kits, and starter kits.
